First Supper

After reading the recipe I swear 15 times before I dove in I finally made something that tastes great and is apparently gluten free.

Thanks Wheat Belly cookbook.

My dishes don't look restaurant ready by all means yet but I impressed myself tonight.

Voila: Pecan-Breaded Pork Chops with Cous-Cous. Took me about 30minutes.
